HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE...
AND MAKE THIS A SAFER WORLD FOR AMERICA'S KIDS
  • First and foremost, check your sex offender registry on a regular basis. As the old saying goes, knowledge is power, and we need to use this knowledge to protect our children. I strongly recommend a website which is linked here, www.familywatchdog.us. On it you can find registries for all but six states. Additionally, you can sign up for email notification whenever a convicted sex offender moves into your neighborhood, which is a tremendous service. Best of all, it's free!

  • Take part in the Parole Block Program. Here's an opportunity to make your voice heard and to protect your community. Find out here when violent, dangerous criminals are being considered for parole and what you can do to help stop it. The Franks Foundation is committed to "truth in sentencing" in order that violent, dangerous criminals fulfill their entire prison sentence and are incarcerated for as long as the law allows. We'll show you how to help in our newsletter.

  • Make your voice heard with your elected officials on Capital Hill. Through our newsletter, we'll let you know when important bills are being voted on in the Senate and in the House. Due to the anthrax attacks, traditional snail mail can take weeks, even months, so the best way of contacting your elected representatives is through email, telephone and fax. Find contact information, addresses and numbers by visiting www.senate.gov, www.house.gov and www.whitehouse.gov. Remember, they work for US!!

  • Support the efforts of the Franks Foundation by making a tax-deductible donation.
